Terms and Conditions
All sales with NHS Global Distributors, Inc. are subject to the following terms and condiitons:

- Personal checks (Your order will be held till check clears.)
- Money orders /cashier checks (Your order will be shipped out on the same day the payment is received.)

- Most orders are processed within an hour of being placed.
- If your order needs to be changed or cancelled, we can NOT guarantee that it will be done so before it is shipped.
- Please double check your order prior to submitting.
- We highly recommend submitting your email address with your order so that you can confirm your order before it ships.
- We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of the purchase date.
- The customer is responsible for the original shipping cost plus the cost of return shipping.
- To receive a refund, unused items must be received by us in resellable (unopened, clean and undamaged) condition.
- On any combination package, FREE promo products, or quantity discounts, the discounted price will be forfeited if all items are not returned together.
- Refunds are issued back to the original form of purchase and are typically issued within 3 business days.
- We are NOT responsible for return packages lost in transit.
- We highly recommend purchasing a delivery confirmation for your returned package.
- If your package is lost or undelivered, a replacement order will be shipped after the investigation is closed.
- If the original package is found and delivered at a later date . . .
- the customer is responsible to return the replacement package to us.
- alternatively, we can charge your card for the amount of the replacement order.
- If an undelivered package is returned to us, you can . . .
- receive a refund for the items bought (less the initial shipping fee)
- alternatively, we can collect another shipping payment from you and attempt to reship the items that were returned to us.
- Please note that we are NOT responsible for undeliverable packages.
- If UPS has attempted delivery 3 times w/o success, they will automatically redirect the package back to our warehouse.
- The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with this process.
- If the customer contacts UPS to change the delivery address, we will pass on to them any address change fees that UPS charges us.
- Although it rarely happens, if customs loses, seizes or misplaces your order, it is NOT our responsibility.
- If the shipment is abandoned or discarded by customs, you will NOT receive a refund or credit of any kind.
- If the package is returned to us, you WILL receive a refund for the returned product (less the cost of shipping).
- Any return shipping costs charged by the carrier will be paid in full by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees and other duties.
- Although it rarely happens, you may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties.
- Please check with your country's customs office regarding the import of the products you wish to order.
